Complaints
We welcome the feedback of all our patients on how we provide their dental care. We routinely obtain patient feedback questionnaires in surgery from our patients and these are available in reception for any patient to use anonymously. We take our responsibilities towards our patient care very seriously. If you have any concerns with your care or would like to make a complaint then please see our Patient Complaints Procedure.
Transmission of Data
Transmission of data via the internet is not completely secure. Whilst we will do our best to protect your personal data we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site, and transmission is at your own risk.
